Sample PDFMoto™ Web Sites
Below are a few examples as to how you could integrate PDFMoto™
within your existing web infrastructure.
Click on the example numbers to view these sites and note
how flexible PDFMoto™ can be when it comes to different
designs and published information.
Example 1
This example shows you what a typical set of documents may
look like when published using PDFMoto™. This is the
example that is included within the free download and should
be what you see if you run the “quick start tutorial”
successfully. All the PDF’s were converted from standard
office documents by PDFMoto™ and includes sophisticated
Word™, PowerPoint™ and Excel™ documents.
Example 2
This example shows how PDFMoto™ can be used to publish
the kind of documents typically found within large organizations.
The look and feel is entirely different from that of Example
1 this is quite simply a matter of selecting a different
option within the PDFMoto™ server. In this example,
we have switched off the document summary and file size attributes
and have added a new attribute called “Committee Code”.
PDFMoto’s™ powerful attribute system allows you
to display as many attributes about your documents as you
want.
Example 3
PDFMoto™ can be used for entire web sites or more commonly
at a departmental level. This example shows how a Human Resources
department might use it. Once again all the documents started
off as standard Word™, Excel™ etc and have been
converted into PDF using PDFMoto™. In this example,
we have switched off the document summary and file size attributes
and have added new attributes called “Title” and
“Author”. PDFMoto’s™ powerful attribute
system allows you to display as many attributes about your
documents as you want.
Example
4
Another example of departmental usage for our fictitious Sales
and Marketing department. Once again a different look and
feel has been achieved, we have also added an “Author”
and “Team” attribute.
